Shipping Limitations

International Shipping

Genetic Denim offers worldwide international shipping by USPS Air Mail. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery. Customer is liable for all necessary customs and duties taxes/fees.

Gift Certificates.

Gift certificates can only be redeemed via purchases made on this website, and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
