Returns / Exchanges

Genetic Denim will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 15 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 15 days of when you received the exchanged item. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Merchandise received after 15 days will only be accepted at our discretion and would only qualify for a store credit.

Exchanges & Returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. Please contact customer service at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for a Return Authorization.

You must receive an RA number before returning an item(s), item(s) without an RA number will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

Please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
