Fall 2011 marks the second installment of "Genetic Visionaries", a series of capsule collections created in partnership with diverse group of stylish creatives, with the release of the collaboration between Genetic Denim and celebrity stylist and interior designer Estee Stanley. "Genetic Visionaries Series 2: Estee" is a collection inspired by cinematic females from cult classics, such as Kill Bill, Pulp Fiction, La Femme Nikita and V for Vendetta.

Why Estee Stanley? Aside from her killer style, Genetic's creative director, Ali Fatourechi, knew her sensibility for women's evolving tastes would translate perfectly with his medium of choice. "Denim is already embedded in a woman's wardrobe, so I partner with creative visionaries in the industry to work it into fashion in fresh and chic ways," Fatourechi explains. "As a top celebrity stylist, Estee's point of view is directional, yet relatable; her approach to denim is equally undiluted, and her aesthetic will resonate with customers looking for new and wearable styles."

The result? A combination of feminine silhouettes with antique nickel finished metal spikes, to blur the line between beautiful and tough, all created with Genetic's signature soft, comfortable and quality denim. See below:

"The Bride", inspired by the character from Kill Bill and her take-no-prisoners approach to settling the score.

The jacket, "Nikita", represents this iconic character's transformation into La Femme Nikita.

The cuff trouser, "Mia" nods to the character from Pulp Fiction as she is depicted during the famous dance scene with "Vincent Vega".

This slim and sleek bell, "Evey", with its subtle spike embellishment is inspired by the balance between the old and new versions of its namesake character in V for Vendetta.
